The Purchasing Process:

  1. Select the property that is right for you.
  2. Click on the “Buy Now” button.
  3. Select how you want to purchase “Cash or Terms (Seller Financing)”
  4. Based upon your selection, a summary of the transaction will be displayed explaining the various costs:
    1. Cash Sale Options:

      1. Check out and pay in full using your credit card up to $10,000.00. You will be emailed the purchase agreement contract via Sign Now to digitally sign within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
      2. Check out and pay the deposit and doc fee only using your credit card, and pay the balance via the following methods:
        1. ACH/Electronic Funds Transfer: Within 24 hours (M-F) of receiving your deposit, we will email you an invoice for the balance. You can click on the payment button and pay via ACH payment from a checking or savings account. You will receive confirmation of payment immediately via email and Liberty will electronically record the deed on your behalf within one week and email you the confirmation of recording.
        2. Mail us a cashier check and we record the deed for you upon receipt within one week.
        3. Title Company Close: If you prefer title insurance, we will select a title company to close with. They will be sent the purchase agreement and will handle the entire transaction. No one needs to be present for closing. The Title company will send out packets in the mail for signatures and arrange payment with you. The Title Company will record the deed on your behalf.
    2. Terms Sale Options:

      1. Check out and pay the down payment and doc prep fee using a credit card.
      2. Within 48 hours, you will be sent a “Terms Package” contract providing details of the loan. This is sent via email via Sign Now for digital signature.
      3. Once signed, our staff will set up your loan inside our loan management portal and email you a link or call you to complete the set up. This is where your bank account information will be set up for automatic monthly ACH payments.
      4. You can select the day of the month that you want your payment to come out. You can also login any time and make extra payments. There are never any prepayment penalties.
