We Offer Seller Financing On All Properties
We make the Seller Financing process easy and straight forward.
Each property’s Seller Financing Terms are included in its listing. Simply click on “Seller Financing” button. That will outline all the terms of Seller Financing. Everything is disclosed – fees, principal, interest, term, etc. There are no fees beyond what is disclosed in those terms.
If the terms outlined do not work for you, please contact us. We can usually work with you to adjust the terms – adjust the length of the loan, etc.
When you are ready to move forward, do the following:
*Go to the listing page for the property of your choice and click on “Buy Now.”
*You will be given the option to select Cash Sale or Terms Sale. Select Terms Sale.
*You will be asked to pay for the doc fee and the deposit today. Please fill out the information requested. After you submit your payment, a confirmation email will come to you showing the deposit and doc fee that you applied towards the purchase.
*Within 24 business hours, our team will email you the Sell Financing and Purchase Agreement documentation for your review and signature.
*Our team will also set up your loan in our system and a separate email will come to you so that you can set up your monthly payments. You can pay your monthly payments using your bank account or your credit card.
